Souvenir Kokeshi = Omiyage in japanese.
Unlike the traditional kokeshi that were (and still) offered, in Japanese tradition, to declare one's friendship or love to the person who receives it; these kokeshi souvenirs were souvenirs bought at the Japanese vacation spot.

Represents a Kusatsu Onsen woman in blue yukata, stirring the water of an onsen (Japanese thermal bath) with a large wooden paddle to cool her (this is called yumomi).
According to the inscriptions, it comes from Kusatsu onsen in Japan.
